Built for clients. Now for ourselves.
Between us, we've spent years inside businesses like these - treatment centers, behavioral health practices, founder-led shops - in-house and on the agency side, doing the marketing and the operations and the actual work. We built systems that brought in patients and earned trust. We just never got around to building one for ourselves.
So this is us doing it in the open. The site you're reading is the proof: same engine, same stack, the same work we'd do on your account, pointed at our own name. If it earns your trust, we've made our point.
We're small and senior on purpose, a collection of generalists and curious tinkerers who all do a bit of everything. No account-manager layer, no junior writer learning on your budget, no one you'll never meet doing the work behind a logo. We took the name "rabble" because, frankly, we have no patience for the polished, deck-heavy agency, and a lot of respect for the people who do the real work. In behavioral health, that's the direct-care staff and clinicians your patients see every day. They are the relationship, so that's the voice we write in.
Our specialty is less a vertical, more a specific type of customer journey: high-trust, high-consideration, referral-driven. The decisions where the buyer does real homework and trust is what finally closes the deal. Behavioral health is the hardest version of that - long sales cycles, referral-led, and unforgiving if you get the human details wrong - which is exactly why it's our flagship. Market it well and you can market anything in the class.
